Bulletin Board

A bulletin board can be used each month to introduce the theme. The following is the bulletin board for the theme "Relationships"

Supplies: Brown construction paper, bright red triangles for arrow tips, gold curling ribbon, pictures of kids (either your Odyssey kids or cut from magazines or both).

Explanation:

• Fashion a large cross from brown paper and center it on the board.
• Cut out "RELATIONSHIPS" lettering and center
• Extend gold or silver curly ribbon out in rays from the cross. You can put pieces of paper on both ends to make the rays appear like arrows. this will focus how friendships which include Christ will show support for Christ and vice versa.
• Place pictures of children with their friends at the end of and/or all along the rays. You may wish to intermix pictures of your Odyssey kids with magazine pictures of friends.
